AM

Morning workouts are for conditioning and lifting weights. We meet at the HPER at 7 a.m. Wear whatever you would wear to work out and lift weights.

PM

We practice at 5:15 p.m. Monday through Thursday.

Some things to bring with you:

Cleats (no toe cleats), Long socks, a mouthguard, and weather appropriate clothing,
